Full description:

Walk up the pathway underneath the tree in blossom on a spring morning to this house set in a beautiful conservation area with views from every bedroom across open farmland, in the safe knowledge that it would never be built upon. As soon as you enter the hallway you can imagine the children’s shoes, coats and bags all dumped on the floor and still have space to walk past as the hallway is a good size. There is enough space for even a large or growing family to be either together having dinner in the kitchen or to have their own space.
There is plenty of light drawn into the home from the big windows that drop down low enough for even the littlest of the family to peep out at the views or to wave you off to work. The village has its own primary school that you could walk to within a few minutes, meaning that cup of unfinished coffee is still warm when you get back.

When the children are back from school now it’s getting lighter in the evenings they can make the most of the back garden and burn off some of that energy before supper. If you are a fan of the outdoors you can all get out into our glorious Kent countryside and explore without the need to use the car to get there.

There are a couple of options for parking the car either at the foot of the steps at the front of the house or snug in the garage at the back of the house with access from the private road that borders open farmland.

What the Owner says:

It is lovely to wake up the morning to the view over the fields and the sound of birds singing, but be able to get into work in Canterbury in fifteen minutes. The train takes just nine minutes to Canterbury, so the kids aren’t dependent on Mum for a lift, and if we stay on the train we can be in London in no time at all.

We have a fabulous farm shop just five minutes away. Adisham is a village with a lovely old church and a vibrant community, and is close to everything you need.

Circumstances have changed so we have to move, but we hope that whoever buys our lovely house will be as happy here as we have been.
