Our View

This is a great opportunity. The addition of a conservatory to the rear increases the floor space considerably and is certainly going to prove very useful. The lounge/dining room is already an adequate space but the conservatory will always make an ideal occasional room or a larger alternative dining room. The kitchen is of a galley style and the vendors were conscious of the need to have as much cupboard space as possible. But this would normally mean compromising on space for appliances and with the vendors not wanting to have a washing machine or freezer in their conservatory, the addition of the timber outbuilding was created. Split into two rooms, one room serves as a utility style area with plumbing, light and power (including a sink and drainer fixed to a base cupboard) whilst the other room has part glazed French doors opening to the garden, making a very nice garden room. Both rooms have been insulated, dry lined and have windows. Both bedrooms are well proportioned and the fitted furniture to the master bedroom will always prove useful.
