Our View

The cottage is delightful and has a great deal of curb appeal. The property does require modernisation but the vendors have paid attention to the central heating system and double glazing and we understand that the property has in the past had damp proofing works but at the time of writing we do not have access to paperwork to verify this. The kitchen and bathroom would benefit from being refurbished as would the lounge and two bedrooms. Standing at the bottom of the garden, you could be forgiven for thinking it is only half the size of what it actually is but when you wonder up past the shed the garden opens up again to a large vegetable plot and then a wonderful open aspect onto farmland. Adisham is a wonderful part of the world too and offers adequate links back to Canterbury.

From our office on St. Margarets Street, turn left onto Watling Street and proceed towards the main roundabout just past the City walls.
