Full description:

Imagine waking up to the sounds of the birds tweeting and the clip clop of a horse passing by. Open up the curtains to the hazy morning sunshine rising over the vast stretch of uninterrupted farm land that surrounds your home. If this sounds something that you would like to be yours, viewing this home is half way to realising that dream.

The location of Woolage village is a place that you would find on a postcard with Kent written on it and is a small hamlet in between Womenswold and Woolage Green south from the city of Canterbury, about a 20 minute drive away, traffic permitting.

The home has been in the family for several years and they are only parting company as they are needed by their family to help with their grandchildren. If it wasn’t for that they wouldn’t be leaving.

The living room is the cosiest place to be as it has a log burner that is better to watch than the television on most occasions and heats the room and then most of the ground floor. The kitchen is a social place to be as it has been opened up into the dining room meaning that the whole family can sit round the table having dinner and not be separate from the kitchen.

Throw open the French doors to the garden which is perfect for children as it is large enough to have good old kick around in when they are not off playing in the nearby woods.

What the Owner says:

We have been really happy here being part of the community and our children who have all grown up and left home loved playing in the woods and across on the green.

I will miss the log burner and curling up in front of it watching TV. The garden is just too big and we need to be a bit closer to our children so we can help out with the twins more.

I hope the next people like it as much as we have and it is a family who can appreciate the garden and surrounding countryside.
