It’s surprisingly quiet here and as the house is set back a little it has a nice private feel. The area has always felt safe and secure. I have spent a lot of time in the garden as it’s such a nice area and an interesting space to sit and relax in.

More recently I have updated the windows of the house. I really hope it goes to a nice new owner perhaps a young couple looking for their first house.
