When I first moved here, it was the area it was in and the size of the bedrooms that first caught my eye. I was viewing so many places that had a much smaller second bedroom and for me, it was crucial it was a good size.

I have done a lot of work since I have been here to get the place looking how I want it. The lounge and kitchen is where I spend most of my time but I’m sure if the next owner wanted to put their own stamp on it, they could do easily.

The garage and parking has made it very convenient and at the same time being down the road from all the shops means you might not need a car!
